We produce punched or cut, printed or unprinted sealing lids in a wide variety of qualities and coordinated to your requirements. Die cut lids made of DuPont Tyvek® ,used in combination with your rigid thermoformed tray for a smooth peel, provides reliable sealing and a superior microbial barrier capable of withstanding various sterilization methods.

Tyvek® 1073B provides the highest level of protection, making it the ideal choice for medical device and pharmaceutical packaging that requires high strength and superior microbial barrier. DuPont Tyvek® 1073B has the highest strength of all Tyvek® styles for medical device and pharmaceutical packaging.

Tyvek® 1059B provides robust protection for medium-risk, sterile medical packaging applications. Lighter weight than Tyvek® 1073B, this proven performer is ideal for smaller devices and those with rounded edges. Recognized as a standard of excellence for sterile medical packaging.

Medical Paper, This coating is applied in a grid pattern, It will seal to a variety of partner webs (formed or flat), and the resulting seal can be separated without rupture of the surface of the paper in a range of thickness 55-100gsm Medical Kraft papers plus 5, 6 or 10gsm Grid Lacquer coating to improve seal integrity for narrow seal widths.
